Faculty Apparel

Online reservations of faculty apparel for May 2013 Commencement are no longer available online.

If you did not order apparel online by the deadline, you can still obtain apparel on a first come, first serve basis during distribution week.

Faculty apparel can be picked up during distribution week. Distribution week varies on each campus. Please contact your specific alumni director for the times and hours to pick up regalia.

You must have a picture ID to pick up your apparel. If someone else is picking it up for you, they must have a copy of the receipt you received either in person or via email, and a note from you indicating they have your permission to collect your cap and gown.

We recommend picking up apparel as early in the week as possible to ensure availability of sizes.
